Using Soulthread

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for the messages, photos, and content you submit. We may limit or remove accounts that abuse the service, harass other users, or try to bypass product safety rules.

Subscriptions

Soulthread is free for women. Men can browse and match on the free plan, and paid plans unlock messaging plus higher daily match limits. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

Cancelation and refunds

Paid members can manage or cancel billing from their profile through the Stripe customer portal once billing is active. Cancelation stops future renewals; partial months are not refunded unless required by law.

Availability

We can change features, pricing, and availability as Soulthread evolves. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
