What we collect

Soulthread stores the information you add to your profile: your quiz result, name, age, gender, city, prompts, photos, and the messages you send inside the app. We also store account details needed to sign you in and basic billing identifiers such as your Stripe customer and subscription IDs if you pay for a plan.

How we use it

We use your data to run the product: show compatible profiles, gate messaging based on plan status, blur photos until both sides are interested, and keep the app safe. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Who processes data

Soulthread uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and photo storage. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Those providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.

Photos and profile visibility

Profile photos are private by default and are only revealed to a match after mutual interest. Public profile browsing is limited to the fields needed to show compatible profiles inside the app.

Deletion and contact

If you want help deleting your account or billing data, email hello@soulvibeai.com from the address tied to your account. We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal compliance.
